Доцент Ноттингемского университета.
Получила бакалаврскую степень по богословию в King's College (Лондон). Там же прошла магистерский курс.
Докторскую диссертацию защитила в Кэмбриджском университете.
В 1995-2009 гг. преподавала в Университете Уэльса. С 2009 г. работает в Ноттингемском университете.
Академические интересы: религиозная история Великобритании и США.
